As a cloud-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) built for genomics and nanopore sequencing workflows, QLIMS supports laboratories with end-to-end sample tracking, sequencing data management, reporting, and workflow automation. QLIMS also integrates directly with ONT’s sequencing devices through middleware NanoXINT, creating a seamless bridge between the lab information system and the sequencer itself.
