QLIMS Bridge
Built to handle data exchange between instruments and systems the Bridge module is an efficient and robust way of integrating laboratory instruments.
It has been designed for users to be able to build integrations themselves or have our expert team quickly build integrations for you.

REST API
The comprehensive REST API allows for the development of extensions to QLIMS and integrations to systems such as ERPs, business intelligence reporting packages, robotics solutions and much more.
HL7
Health Level Seven or HL7 refers to a set of international standards for transfer of clinical and administrative data between software applications used by various healthcare providers.
QLIMS is able to both generate and ingest HL7 files then send them via a secure channel.

Water Outlook
The WaterOutlook cloud-based system is a unique ‘one stop shop’ for operational data and reporting. As an operational and compliance management tool, it provides real time information on how plants are operating and gives instant alerts to issues that would otherwise take several days to filter through.
QLIMS communicates with WaterOutlook securely via their lab protocol and can send the unique batch, sample and result data which is required.
Bluechiip
Bluechiip unique and patented MEMS technology is embedded in sample containers like cryovials and cryobags combining secure wireless sample tracking with integrated temperature sensing. Working reliably in harsh environments, including temperatures from -196°C to over +100°C, the devices and are not affected by sterilization processes or frost build-up. Bluechiip’s technology strives to be the new gold standard in sample tracking as it represents a radical change compared to traditional tracking technologies such as labels, barcodes and RFIDs.
The QLIMS integration is able to read, track and historically log a sample’s temperature and ID generated by Bluechiip via our API.

Medical Objects
For QLIMS Clinical customers we can communicate with Medical Objects via HL7 to send required results and case details.
Medical-Objects Secure Messaging is a real-time point to point technology and connects over 75,000 health professionals. Our system allows you to securely communicate and track all clinical correspondence between General Practitioners, Allied Health, Specialists, Pathology, Radiology, Aged Care, Public and Private Hospitals. Medical-objects integrates with all major practice software vendors.
SAP ERP Software
QLIMS integrates with SAP ERP Software to allow required laboratory data to be centralised across the entire business. This includes, but is not limited to finished product results and lab data to assist procurement processes.
